I make things and make things happen.
Recently, I was a quant intern at Redacted where I researched cubic spline interpolation methods for IR curve modelling, among other things. Before that, I worked at Kpler, GIC, and Rolls‑Royce.
I’m from Singapore. I studied Aerospace Engineering at NTU, then got a Masters in Mathematics at NUS. Besides reading, I run and lift most evenings and hike or snowboard when I’m travelling. Being outside helps everything click into place.
There’s so much I want to understand and countless problems worth solving. I want to make a dent in the universe.
I believe…
- the future can be great
- you can just do things
- you should make friends with smart, agentic people who push you toward better outcomes
- no matter how bad you feel now, when you’re older you’ll wish you could be back here
- the only thing that matters long-term is to be directionally correct
I’m excited about…
- the space where art, science, and craft converge
- tools that extend human capabilities without getting in the way
- the wild and the whimsical
